Job Title: Group Benefits Client Service Associate
Job Description: SummaryClient service associate needed for fast-paced, high-profile employee benefits agency. The associate will be assisting with corporate benefits plan design, administration and maintenance as well as supporting clients with claims issues, benefit coverage questions and additional servicing requests. Will also help with client presentations and will be responsible for documentation and record keeping, as well as Medicare client enrollment and service. This role requires general administrative and clerical duties to support all team efforts.This is a direct-hire, full-time job opportunity. The schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This company offers a competitive wage commensurate with qualifications, and a comprehensive benefits package. Remote work is an option for a new hire with the possibility of continuing to work from home dependent on recommendations from the Health Department and CDC. QualificationsMust enjoy a fast-paced work environment, have excellent communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work well collaboratively as well as independently. Must possess advanced MS Office suite skills, have database management experience and be comfortable navigating online. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, a strong desire to help others and enjoy building relationships with a diverse clientele. Ohio life/health insurance license (or ability to obtain) is required.Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Experience with insurance, employer benefits plans, HR or related industry is preferred.
